DELIVERY IS FREE ON EVERYTHING!
We monitor our stock every 15 minutes, so if an item shows it is IN STOCK we will have it in store and we will despatch your order the same working day if it is placed before 2pm. If purchased after 2pm, on a Friday, on a Weekend, or on a Bank Holiday, then the item will be sent the next available working day. If after 2pm, or on the weekend, we will despatch it the next available working day.
When will I receive my order? (estimated time quoted by Royal Mail)
under £50 - 2nd Class Recorded (aims to deliver by the third working day, including Saturday).
under £100 - 1st Class Recorded (aims to deliver by the next working day, including Saturday).
over £100 - Guaranteed a Next Working Day Delivery by 1pm.
Guaranteed Next Day Delivery is available on any item which is "IN STOCK" when placing your order. Once adding an item to your basket the delivery options are available on the same page. Add to your basket the relevant service you require. Remember this service is only available before 2pm if you want your item delivered the next working day. This service is not available if the item is Out of Stock.
Available to Order. On occasions we may have run out of stock of the item you would like to purchase from the shop. If this is the case it will state Available to order below the price. If you still choose to go ahead and purchase an item with this notification, we will order the item straight away from the relevant supplier and it will be with you within 5 to 10 working days (please make sure you leave a regularly used e-mail address for updates regarding your order). On the rare occasion the supplier has run out of stock of your item, we will notify you within 4 hours of placing your order, of the increase in service time so you can decide whether to wait, or to recieve a full refund.

Delivery to Europe and Worldwide costs £9.99 for Royal Mail International Signed for delivery. This service we have been instructed takes 7-10 working days. We reserve the right to hold the parcel back for up to 7 days as the authorisation process for payments outside of UK Mainland can take longer (this is rare).
