Free delivery to the UK mainland, on all orders over £50!

(Free Delivery on all Carrie Elspeth orders).

If below £50 you will be charged £1 or £2.60 per order (no matter how many items you order) depending on the size of parcel. This is for 2nd Class Postage by Royal Mail, which when despatched (please see despatch times when ordering) takes 2 to 3 working days. If you wish to receive your order quicker than this time, there is a Same Day Despatch (1st Class) and Guaranteed Next Day Delivery service available on the shopping basket page.

When will I receive my order? (estimated time quoted by Royal Mail).

In Stock orders

Most items are in store and if ordered before 2pm Monday to Friday, then your item will be despatched the same day and the following times apply.

under £50 - 2nd Class (2-3 working days).
under £100 - 1st Class (1-2 working days).
over £100 - Guaranteed a Next Working Day Delivery.

If your order is below £100, but you still wish to receive your order the next day before 1pm, then we provide this service for £6.35 on the shopping basket page. Remember this is only available before 2pm on Monday to Thursday (If this service is purchased after 2pm on a Friday, on a Weekend, or on a Bank Holiday, then the item will be guaranteed before 1pm the next available working day).

If you are placing your order on Friday, Saturday or Sunday your order will be despatched the next available working day.

Despatch in 2 - 6 working days orders

Some items will have this message appear (usually Carrie Elspeth Jewellery). This means your item is not in store at this time and will be ordered with our next shop order (usually orders are placed on a Monday). This is why we give a despatch time of 2 to 6 working days. If you need your order quicker than this, there is a Same Day Despatch service available for £3.99 on the shopping basket page. This will mean your order will be despatched the same working day if ordered before 2pm.

Please note: If your order is made up of a combination of "in stock" and "despatch in 2 to 6 days" items, the complete order will be despatched when everything is in stock. If you need everything to be sent together then please purchase the Same Day Despatch service at the checkout for £3.99.

Delivery to Europe

Costs £4.99 or £8.99 for Royal Mail International delivery, depending on the size of parcel. This service we have been instructed takes 7 to 10 working days. We reserve the right to hold the parcel back for up to 7 days as the authorisation process for payments outside of UK Mainland can take longer (this is rare).
