Payment.
We accept most credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Delta and American Express. We operate a sophisticated on-line processing system via PROTX, one of the world's largest credit card processing companies. Please be assured that Protx offer a highly secure processing of your payment. At no time are your details held in clear text on any website, and no one sees your credit card number - not even us!

Refund Policy.
We operate a 7 day "Peace of mind" Refund policy if you are not 100% happy with anything you purchase, or it simply doesn't look right! To qualify, goods must be returned to us within 7 days of delivery. All returned goods must be received by us in an unused state; all associated packing must be in perfect condition. If the goods are returned in an unfit condition then we will not refund the goods and they will be returned to you in the state in which they were received by us. Upon receipt of the goods we will immediately start the refund process, the refund will have our packaging and postage costs deducted. The exact amount of postage paid by us is on the postage sticker on the front of the package you receive. Your postage will only be refunded if you recieved your order and it was found to be faulty.
If you are outside the 7 day time limit, you will be offered an Exchange or Credit Note for the value of the goods for up to 28 days after purchase. The credit note can be redeemed at any time online or in store.
Please note that due to hygiene considerations earrings are excluded from our refund or exchange policy, and therefore are not refunded or replaced, except if the goods are faulty, or differ from those ordered. Your statutory rights are not affected.
All goods leaving us are checked prior to despatch. However, if your product is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately on 02920 372791 within 24 hours of delivery and return the product to us. We will gladly replace or offer a refund.
Exchange Policy.
We are happy to exchange an item within a 28 day period but please be aware that free delivery is only applicable on the original purchase and not for the exchanged item. The charge for postage and packaging to send out your exchanged item is £2.99. Please enclose a cheque made payable to SASWA with the item you are returning to avoid delay with the exchange.
When returning goods, please include your name, address and your receipt (if you would like to keep your original reciept we would be happy with a photocopy). Also include the reason for the return, and the item and article number you would like it to be replaced with (if applicable). For your own protection we advise that goods returned to us are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery. We cannot accept any responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms above. Your statutory rights are not affected.
WEEE Regulations:
The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK law. The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment. The regulations also mean that suppliers of equipment like high street shops and internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge.
The amount of WEEE we throw away is increasing by around 5% each year, making it the fastest growing waste stream in the UK.
- Much of the UK's WEEE ends up in landfill, where the lead and other toxins it contains can cause soil and water contamination. This can have a harmful effect on natural habitat, wildlife and also human health.
- Many electrical items that we throw away can be repaired or recycled. Recycling items helps to save our natural finite resources and also reduces the environmental and health risks associated with sending electrical goods to landfill.
Distributors of new Electric and Electronic Equipment (EEE) have a part to play in reducing the amount of WEEE going into landfill sites.
Saswa is obliged under these regulations to offer our customers free take-back of their WEEE on a like-for-like basis when they buy a new Electrical or Electronic product from us.
For example, if a customer bought a new watch from us we would accept their old watch and prevent it going into a landfill site by disposing of it safely. Customers must return their WEEE item to us within 28 days of purchasing their new item.
Under the WEEE Regulations, all new electrical goods should now be marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol shown below:
Goods are marked with this symbol to show that they were produced after 13th August 2005, and should be disposed of separately from normal household waste so that they can be recycled.
